NAZAIRE: HISTORY
From the moment he was born, Nazaire and his Nicola were close under their father's wing. As the result of being conceived during an unsuccessful period of Alex's self-medicated cure for his vampiric genes, both boys were born with vampiric genes present. Hoping to groom them into successful, fine young men, they were both taught about educational matters and vampiric management from a young age. However, as Nicola veered away from the path of intellectualism, Alex's teachings began to weigh down on Nazaire in full instead. Nazaire, while dutiful to his family, began to grow feelings of resentment towards his father's expectations. In turn, his negative feelings bred a desire to be alone, in order to avoid spreading his resentment any further.
Alex remained oblivious to Nazaire's feelings, passing off Nazaire's remoteness as teenage introversion. Nazaire, concerned that Alex's expectations would end up turned on Nicola, beared with it as much as possible. But the more Alex tried to control the flow of Nazaire's education and growth, the more irritable Nazaire became. In an attempt to circumvent the situation, Nazaire began advancing his studies on his own; going above and ahead of what Alex had planned for him. In this manner, Alex's interactions with Nazaire on the topic became more few and far between. The strain from his relationship with his father lead him to interact less with the other members of his family as well, but he continued speaking with his siblings-- most often, Nicola and Noah.
